We are so glad that your children are a part of Grace Acres! Here are a few reminders:

*Sign-in at the registration table when you first walk in. Remember to keep your matching tag with your child's number.  This tag will need to be presented at the time of pick up.  A child will not be released without presentation of this tag. This is to ensure safety for all our children.

*Please do not sign-in your children before 8:15 AM, 9:45 AM, and 11:15 AM each week. Please make sure your children are picked up no later than 15 minutes after the service. This policy allows our teachers ample time to prepare each week.

*If you need to be contacted during the service, your child's tag number will appear on the screen.

*Please label all personal items with your child's first and last name before arriving at your child's class.  This helps us keep track of your child's items.

*Please take your child to the restroom before service starts.  This encourages more time to learn and engage during the hour without having to stop for a lot of bathroom breaks.

*A simple snack of Cheerios, goldfish, animal crackers, or pretzels is served for the one year old class and up. If your child has an allergy, please inform the leader when you check in your child.  If there will be any additional foods served, there will be an allergy alert posted outside the class.

*There is a Parent Resource table directly across from the sign-in table on the right in the cafeteria. There you will find more information about Grace Acres, newsletters, articles, and more!
